Can I book a test ride?Yes, we offer two demo ride options: Mobile Demo (We Come to You): £175 fee - we'll bring the motorcycle to your location for a demonstration ride Demo at our Base (Sywell, Northamptonshire): £50 fee - visit our facility at Sywell Airport Business Park for your test ride. Both demo fees are fully refundable when you purchase a motorcycle. Please note that fees are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with a purchase.

Do I need a CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) certificate to test ride?Yes. You must hold a valid CBT, full motorcycle licence, or appropriate entitlement to legally test ride our bikes. You'll also need to provide valid photo ID and proof of insurance on the day. If you don't currently have a CBT, we offer a £100 voucher towards the cost of CBT training when you purchase a motorcycle with us.

Do you offer finance?We are unable to offer in-house finance as we are not FCA regulated. However, there are various finance companies that specialize in motorcycle financing. We recommend researching options that suit your needs, such as personal loans from banks, specialist motorcycle finance providers, or hire purchase agreements. Please ensure any finance provider you choose is FCA regulated and compare terms carefully before committing.

What's your deposit policy?We require a 30% deposit to begin the order process. You then have 14 days to cancel and receive a full refund. After this period, the order is placed with the manufacturer and the deposit becomes non-refundable, as each bike is made to order and cannot be returned.

If I use finance, when do I get my bike?The bike will only be released once full payment has been received, whether from you or your finance provider.

How long will it take to receive my bike?Our standard lead time is up to 90 days from when your order is placed with the manufacturer (14 days after your deposit) or 90 days from full payment if paid upfront. In some cases, your bike may arrive sooner, but please allow for the full timeframe due to international shipping and customs.

Can I track the progress of my order?Yes. We'll keep you informed at key stages — including production, shipping, and when your bike is ready for delivery.

Is registration included?Yes — UK registration is included with your purchase. We'll handle the paperwork and provide your registration documents once the bike arrives.

How is the bike delivered?Bikes are typically delivered fully assembled and ready to ride, unless otherwise stated. We'll confirm logistics and delivery details with you in advance.

What are your delivery options and costs?We offer the following delivery options: Free Delivery: Available within a 50-mile radius of our Sywell, Northamptonshire base Extended Delivery: £250 fixed charge for deliveries over 50 miles from our base Free Collection: You're welcome to collect your motorcycle from our Sywell Airport Business Park facility at no charge Delivery Details: Delivery timeframes: Typically arranged within 5-7 working days of bikes arriving at our base Booking process: Delivery appointments can be scheduled after final payment Collection booking: Collection appointments available when your bike arrives and is ready. Final payment required in advance or on collection day Geographic limitations: Delivery within mainland UK only All deliveries include a full handover and demonstration of your new electric motorcycle For delivery outside our standard areas, please contact us for a quote.

Can I cancel my order?Yes. You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it and receive a full refund of your deposit. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as your order is sent to the manufacturer and cannot be altered or cancelled.

Do you accept returns?No — all bikes are made to order, and we are unable to accept returns once your order is confirmed with the factory.

Are the bikes road-legal in the UK?Yes. All bikes meet UK regulations and are supplied with full documentation for DVLA registration, which we complete on your behalf.

Is insurance required before riding?Yes — valid insurance is required before using any motorcycle on public roads, including test rides.

What warranty do you provide?We offer a 2-year warranty on both the bike and the battery. Contact us immediately if any issues arise and we'll coordinate warranty claims with the manufacturer.

Do you offer servicing or repairs?Yes. We can arrange repairs and servicing at an additional cost. Pricing depends on the nature of the work and will be quoted individually when the need arises.

What if my bike develops a fault?We'll assist with warranty claims and act as your liaison with the manufacturer. For out-of-warranty issues, we'll provide a repair quote or refer you to trusted partners.
