Payment Terms

At Silent Ride, all motorcycles are made to order and imported specifically for each customer. Please read our payment terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Payment Options

We offer two payment methods for each motorcycle:

Option A:

Pay in Full

You pay the full price of the motorcycle at checkout.
This guarantees your order is placed with the manufacturer within 5 working days.
Refunds can only be made within 5 working days when paying in full.
Following this the order will be placed with manufacturer after which point we cannot provide a refund as bikes are made to order.

Option B:

Pay a 30% Deposit

You pay 30% of the motorcycle’s total price at checkout.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid before your motorcycle is shipped to you.
The balance will be invoiced manually by us and must be settled in full before delivery.

2. Split Payments Policy

We do not do automatic split payments.

If you choose the deposit option, we will manually invoice you for the remaining balance.

The remaining 70% must be paid in full before your order is released for shipping.

Orders will not be delivered or handed over until full payment has been received.

At checkout, you will be required to tick a confirmation box stating:

✅ “I understand the remaining 70% will be due before shipping and that my deposit is subject to the terms below.”

3. Deposit Terms

Your 30% deposit is refundable within 14 days of placing your order.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, your deposit becomes non-refundable, as we will place the order with our overseas manufacturer.

This is because motorcycles are built to order and cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Paying in full:

Cancellations and Refunds issued within 5 working days. At close of business on 5th working day order is placed and cannot be cancelled so no refunds will be given after this.

Paying 30% deposit:

Within 14 days of order: Full refund of your deposit.

After 14 days: Deposit becomes non-refundable.

If you fail to pay the remaining 70% balance by the agreed deadline, your order may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

5. Delivery & Lead Time

Lead times are typically up to 90 days from the date of full payment.

In many cases, delivery may be quicker, but please expect the full timeframe due to international shipping and customs clearance.

Your order will only enter the shipping process once the full balance has been received.

6. Registration & Handover

UK road registration is included in the purchase price.

Your motorcycle will be delivered fully assembled and ready to ride, once the final balance is paid.

✅ Summary

Pay in Full → Order placed immediately.

Pay 30% Deposit → Balance due before shipping (deposit refundable within 14 days only).

Bikes are built to order → No returns once order is confirmed.
